My work is rooted in empathy and care. I believe the best films emerge when people feel seen and heard — long before the camera starts rolling.
Every project starts with deep listening. I take the time to understand your goals, audience, and the story you want to tell — before a single frame is planned.
People open up when they feel safe. I build rapport, co-design the process with participants, and create the conditions where authentic stories emerge naturally.
With clarity and trust in place, filming becomes effortless. I capture with intention and shape the footage into a narrative that is honest, compelling, and human.

I'm a Berlin-based filmmaker, workshop facilitator, and visual storyteller with over twenty years of experience in documentary and participatory media.
My work sits at the intersection of film, education, and social impact. I create spaces where people — especially those underrepresented in mainstream narratives — can step in front of the camera and tell their own stories with dignity and agency.
Whether it's a feature-length documentary, an institutional film, or a week-long workshop with young people, I bring the same commitment: listen deeply, build trust, and craft a story that resonates.
